test postphoned to tml... teacher brought wrong paper... we ended up doing a sec 1 revision paper... scored about 10/50... muz buck up le... must find a way to remember permanently... if not study for 1 exam... then next exam must re-study again...
there's a super sec 1... his second day of practice and he can play almost 2 octaves with quite a nice tone for a sec 1 already... at this rate, he will be some pro in no time... but i guess its like that for sec 1s... they can improve easily... the rate gets slower as they improve... but then again... what if... wahahahahaha... i guess its under our influene that the section practices so hard... best section within reach... just that playing still not up to what i expect. will work on it. motivated to become like kai yi... as in... play like him... saf playing star wars and some dunno wad piece. tonnes of triple tongueing... crazy sia... madden...

there is going to be a chinese test on dan yuan 1 tomorrow... havent studied yet... probably tomorrow morning on the bus... haix... i should probably be going for a pass... this stupid teacher's spelling like not freaking hard... from nowhere come out some poem... like free sia...
band... people slacking... playing tonnes of crap... just now, i played vesuvius, spartacus, overture jubiloso etc... kai yi came to teach sec 1s... wahahahaha... no need me to worry... he pro sia... come one day they can play notes le... saf concert on 5th march... band got some performance at sentosa dunno when...

must decide new direction for the section. will talk to kai yi tomorrow. one of the options in my mind now is to go for a section sound...instead of depending on some players. create more unity and bonding. make everybody as good, maybe some better at certain aspects than others. i will make the section stronger. if this is so, i will spend more time on sectionals.
must catch up with school work. exams in 2 weeks time. must get at least 4 a1s. e mths, bio, geog and eng. the rest lowest b3. must get away from msn le... seriously distracting me. might as well get away from the com... thus...

Musical world XX very successful:) Feeling so happy now its hard to describe with words. Section did very well yesterday. Nobody freaked out. All very calm and played with good musicianship. Thank you all. FLUTE SECTION RULEZ... Quite happy with my own performance. There were 2 wrong notes and one part i came in early but it was nicely covered up.:) Other than that, i am very pleased. Solo sounded good. The best i have played so far. Kai Yi lent me his flute... GOLDEN HEAD JOINT... Very shiok. especially low notes(grand march very nice). I will not comment on the pieces one by one. It will take a few gigabytes... Received biscuits from ger, chocolates from Jov, and plasters from lor... thank you;)
Good job everyone. Thank you for making the concert a sucess. Thank you.

tiring day... school not very interesting... except for bio lesson... after school sectionals. zy took cuz i wanted to practice. after sectionals band prac. mr tan came at abt 4... until abt 6+...went through october and grand march. section sounds quite ok... should do well for mw... except for some nervousness which should be managable... i have my ways;)
countdown mw XX: 2 days... tomorrow must solve all problems... definitely will have somebody freak out... i am prepared for that though... short band prac then sectionals or individuals... probably sectionals. run through whole repertoir to detect any problems. tomorrow shall be a better day-_____-;;

practiced for lyk 4hrs today... went through whole repertoir twice... plus all the tonal excercises etc... felt high after that... as if my legs disappeared... floating... flying... lyk pang ngiao... woah... starting to get stressed le... mw this sat... 3 days left... zw showing more stress than me...
today sec 1s got allocated insturments. according to wn, we have 1 with attitude, 1 who's fat, and 1 dunno... hmm... i see a bright future ahead... section doing ok... i expected more though... havent been teaching properly... tml band prac, thu sectionals, fri band prac... sat concert!!!

practiced organ and flute today... then tried to do hw... got distracted by some conversation trying to decide 2nd encore piece... didn't decide in the end...
fri had band prac... quite tiring... after that suddenly got some performance for old folks... quite hectic... a few minutes before the performance started i found out the section had no files... run up with wai ngai to get them... ran back down with shoes in one hand, files in the other... the curtains opened the moment i sat down... so i hid my shoes under my chair... panted lyk some dog for the first piece... then suddenly super energetic... soul i play freaking loud...
sat band prac from 8 to 3+... very draining... but it was good... other than the fact that i was screwed for my solo... lucky first luv mr tan neva say much... if not sure die... after that had 1 hr + section meeting... coordinated lifting and putting down of instruments... then talked abt mw...
tomorrow after school got meeting to decide second encore... yay... can skip lunch again... so that i can worsen my gastric flu... so fun...-_____-;;
